How do I update my data in Plotly Studio?

To update your app's data:

  1. Go to the Data tab in your project.

  2. To change your data, you can:

    • Upload a new file via Upload file

    • Ask in the chat for a new data source connection or data transformation

    • Update credentials from the Credentials tab

  3. Select Update to apply the changes to your app.

Your previous data source versions remain available in the dropdown in the upper right corner. The purple dot indicates which version is currently in use.
