Always-on apps for Cloud

Plotly CloudRoadmap Candidate

Provide support for always-on apps for Plotly Cloud rather than just on-demand apps, which sleep when no traffic hits them.

This would enable apps to have fast response times even after long periods of inactivity, or to run a background process or recurring task safely.

    We’ll be introducing app metering for Plotly Cloud, so developers can configure sizing options for their apps on Cloud, and set those apps to run for as long as they need using the existing Plotly Credits system.
