Why can't I add specific people to view my app?

You are probably in one of these situations:

• The team that the app belongs to is on the Free tier. Upgrade it to the Pro tier or higher to get access to more granular sharing settings.

• The team that the app belongs to has reached its maximum amount of users with the Viewer role (only team members with the Viewer role can be given individual app access). To verify, go to the team settings. If all Viewer seats are taken, you can either:

  • Change some team members’ roles or remove some from the team.

  • Upgrade the team plan.
